We offer management consulting, project management, interim management and training services to the financial markets.
Our focus is on the early phases of change and development - business case, qualitative customer serveys, competitor analyses, stakeholder analyses and requirements studies. Notwithstanding the fact that we participate throughout the whole process from start to completion.
FCL was founded in London 2000 and since 2003 our base is in Stockholm, Sweden. We participate in assignments globally.
